Please secure the lid tightly and tighten the string to prevent swinging and spillage. Store the jar in an upright position with the stopper in the jar to avoid leakage and damage.
Since these are made to order, depending on demand/fragrance availability there is a slight chance that a scent may not be available after an order is placed. In that case, we will contact you about a replacement or cancellation.
